Bridge Design Alternatives Selection
The following four bridge design options were developed by the Project Team
and reviewed by City officials and the public. Option C was selected as
the preferred alternative and is now in the final design stage.

Rail Design Options
The following photos represent several pedestrian railing designs that
have been used on other bridges. The formed concrete parapet with
ornamental railing was the type of railing chosen for the new Franklin
